 Falling in Love with Paris
Most commonly referred to as the City of Love and Lights, Paris has many names but this one I know to be true. There is nothing more magical than Paris in daytime and night with all the street lighting, outdoor food markets, and people roaming the streets all night long. I’ve always dreamed about visiting Paris since I was a little girl, it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited.
Paris is indeed the perfect vacation destination because it’s beauty strikes you at every corner, with its impressive architecture, amazing art, and history. Walking in Paris you see beautiful architecture like Pont des Arts and Pont-Neuf stepping over the Seine, and Notre Dame emerging behind the houses and much more stunning architecture.

The Eiffel Tower
Can’t go to Paris without going to the Eiffel Tower
As a little kid, not only did I dream about going to Paris but I dreamt about visiting the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower was meant to be a temporary structure and is now one of the most iconic structures in the world. The Eiffel Tower is massive and can be seen from almost everywhere in Paris. The most fascinating experience was to walk up the steps and see how it was all put together. With its graceful arches and intricate detail, it is beautiful from a distance and up close. It doesn’t matter what time of day you see the tower, it always looks amazing.

Great Start To A Day With Turkish Breakfast

Turkey is a country which has been a bridge between Europe and Asia for centuries. The Greeks, The Italians, The Jews, The Kurds or the Armenians have lived in here and have left a heritage for Turkish Cuisine. Turkish Breakfast is one of the most arty components of the cusine and as I used to be an early bird student in Istanbul, It was helping me a lot to stay strong during the day.

If you want to learn how It makes me strong, the answer is definitely the right food which include simit (circular bread , with sesame seeds), types of cheeses like kashar and  white cheese, egg in different styles like fried with Turkish Sucuk (Bologna), boiled egg or in our special style, Menemen (includes eggs, tomato, green peppers, and spices, cooked in olive oil). Variety of foods also makes Turkish Breakfast so healthy and delicious.

If you love pastries, far too numerous kinds of pastries you can find in our breakfast. My favorites are mostly with olives and patatoes and of course with an amazing Turkish Tea.

We also give a lot value to the spreading foods like jams and marmaledes. Especially my mother always makes them at home and we consume them during the year. We also love to mix some foods like honey and kaymak (a creamy dairy product similar to clotted cream, made from the milk and Tahina & Pekmez (a molasses like syrup obtained after condensing juices of fruit must, especially grape by boiling it withcoagulantagent). I’ll bet you that you will eat your fingers.

For more information, I put some helpful blog’s links in the below which are about great places to eat and variety of foods. Enjoy your mail!
