- Collaging or Scrapbooking - I personally find both to be very relaxing. Find a comfy spot with a tea and simply let your creativity loose.
- Dance Party! Lock yourself in your room, put your headphones on, turn up the volume and dance it out
- Reading - Grab that book/ magazine/ article you've been dying to read but never got around too!
- Organize - Organize your closet, room, kitchen pantry or simply get that to-do list in order that you keep putting off.
- Write it out- find a journal and write out everything on your mind. TIP: Listening to the calming music can be calming and inspiring if you like to read or write.
- Look up fun/new makeup tutorials and try them out!
- Find new recipes and try them out! Or pull old our recipes you've been wanting to try again.
- Go through old pictures or memories.
- Grab a friend and go for coffee or tea.
- Cuddle up and watch a movie!
Theres nothing wrong with taking time for yourself. In fact, some encourage you to turn your phone off and escape for a bit. Everyone gets busy, don't forget to take time for you, take time to catch up with that friend you've been meaning to call, and take time to tackle that to-do list you've been staring at FOREVER.
