Four things to do this November

Hello and welcome to Mary's blog!

As a student Iunderstand that November is an overloaded month because of exam preparation and other assignments. Even though  Fall it's all about the special atmosphere of coziness and  warmth.
And November is the last chance to make this autumn unforgettable!

My November “to-do” list:
Go for a walk  in the rain

Rainy weather is definitely not a reason to spend a whole day at home! Why don't you put on your favourite rain boots and coat and go for a walk, just as you did it in childhood!

Moreover, it's a good idea to offer your nearest and dearest to join you and spend a wonderful time together.

My idea of a rainy-weather look:

KATE SPADE NEW YORK

The Blanket Fort Movie Night

If November weather is really dreadful, don’t worry! This might be a perfect occasion to create a cubby hole of blankets(this link leads to a tutorial  how to make it), make hot chocolate (follow the link for my favourite recipe)and spend the whole night watching movies with your friends while the weather is raging outside.

Make pumpkin pie and savoury mulled wine

Devote one cozy November Sunday to cooking something special. What can be better than delicious pumpkin pie and warm  mulled wine  when it’s too cold outside?

Make a list of Christmas presents

Start preparation for Christmas in November and think about presents for your nearest and dearest. Making this beforehand will make it easier to find the right items and spend less time on the process. Also, this plan might help manage your budget rationally.

Dear reader,
Hope you found this informationuseful. Which idea did you like the most? Do you have anything to add to this November list?

Cheers,
Mary.

  1. Well, I have already downloaded the Christmas shopping list template you linked and realized that I only have a few weeks to order anything I need....Canada Post strike, unknown weather and all. I like your list and with it being under 5 options, all of them seem doable for the entire month of November! Can't wait to invite a loved one to go for a walk with me :)
