November’s Most Hyped sneakers

The weather is changing, the leaves are falling and your wardrobe must adapt. Let’s look at some sneakers that are coming back, and some that are being reinvigorated with all new colourways. Here is what you can expect for the month of November. 

NASA x Vans Collection 

The Vans Sk8-Hi and Old Skool silhouettes in the various colourways 

slated for release on November 2nd (for $140 and 90$ respectively).

First up is one the most anticipated Vans collaborations of the year. Leaked earlier in the summer and later revealed to the public, the NASA Vans footwear collection is a clean release of multiple classic Vans' silhouettes in a futuristic astronaut-esque look. The collection features two different silhouettes, a duffle bag, coach jacket, a hoodie and various other goodies all featuring the NASA logo. The accompanying pieces are unimportant as they look like basic NASA or Vans merchandise and aren't very disguished. Most people are looking to pick up the shoes, that have a classic Vans vulcanized sole, but a new grooved take on the midsole for a space boot feel, NASA branding, patches and high quality leather construction rivaling regular Vans releases. Overall it's a good fall shoe with the rain repellent leather in comparison to regular canvas Vans, and for the price I might buy my 10th pair of Vans.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Zebra”

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 retailing for $300CAD on adidas.ca.

The other much awaited shoe of this month is here on November 9^th. The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is being rereleased in the “Zebra” colourway. Not without controversy as Kanye’s political antics have some fans of the

brand not so willing to shell out the $300CAD needed to secure a pair. The silhouette has been previously released in numerous styles and revamped with the second “V2” version, but this restock is mostly important because of the quantity being released. In the past “Yeezys” have been limited and then resold for ridiculous amounts of money. This time Kanye is getting his promise that he made a while ago out to the people, that everyone who wants his shoes will get them. I copped the "Cream" colourway last month so I will be passing on these, white shoes don't fare well with canadian winters.
